The Nightingale Season of The Empower Podcast is divided into different types of episodes based on three characters in the film; Grace, Isla and Michael.
Grace Episodes feature guests who have experienced sexual assault or harassment.
Isla Episodes feature female guests who have supported people who have experienced sexual assault.
Michael Episodes feature male guests who want to learn more or help educate other men on supporting people who have experienced sexual assault. They also explore how men can support women fighting for societal change.
